Value PC 1-Year Warranty Statement 

The warranty for Value PC products is valid for one year, starting from the date shown on the official invoice issued by the dealer. Customers must retain their purchase invoice (or proof of purchase) to ensure their warranty rights.。

If no invoice or proof of purchase is available, the warranty period will be determined according to the product’s serial number. For details on identifying the warranty period, please refer to the product serial number identification guide.

If you have purchased an extended warranty (not provided by Value PC), please contact your dealer for relevant service details.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

• Warranty coverage may vary by country or region. Please consult your dealer for local warranty policies.
• Damage or malfunction caused by improper use or unauthorized disassembly is not covered under this warranty.
• Any product disassembled or modified by the user or by unauthorized personnel is not eligible for warranty service.
• If the original serial number label is removed, tampered with, or rendered illegible, warranty rights will be voided.
• Products missing a Value PC serial number label, or those with labels that do not match the product model, are not eligible for repair service.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

Value PC reserves the right to charge repair fees in the following cases:

• Damage caused by natural disasters, external forces, or accidental human actions.

• Malfunctions resulting from unauthorized disassembly, hardware modifications, or use of non-original accessories.

• Issues due to software installation, misconfiguration, or user error.

• Failures caused by computer viruses.

• Moisture or water damage leading to oxidation or corrosion of internal components.

• Any other forms of abnormal use or mishandling.
